Admission Requirements

  • KSU does not discriminate against any student on the basis of race, color, age, gender, or national origin but her morality is only based on Christian standard.
  • Any person desiring to enter the school must submit the following:
  • (1) The appropriate application and 3 photos including the names and addresses of two individuals as references, (2) Official transcripts of schools previously attended, (3) faith life statements or ministriel careers, or  resume(only advanced programs) , and with (4) An application fee of $50.00 (by check, non-refundable) to the admissions office of KSU.


Admission Notification

  • The applicant will receive a letter containing the determination of the university concerning admission within a month of our receipt of the application, references, transcripts, statements or resume, and application fee and tuition through letter, email or phone image.

(Tri-semesters in a year are offered)


  • Bachelor of. Theology 120 Units
  • Bachelor of Christian Counseling & Healing  120 Units
  • Bachelor of Christian Music  120 Units
  • Bachelor of Christian Leadership  120 Units
  • Master of Theology   60 Units w/o 4 year theol. major (*M. Div w/o 4 year theol. major needs additional 30 Units to Th. M.-42 units only after 4 year theological major)
  • Master of Christian Counseling & Healing 42 Units
  • Master of Christian Leadership   42 Units
  • Master of Christian Music   42 Units
  • Doctor of Theology   48 Units
  • Doctor of Christian Counseling & Healing 48 Units
  • Doctor of Christian Leadership 48 Units
  • Doctor of Christian Music 48 Units


Class Schedule and Curriculum

The school year is divided into three fourteen-week semesters: Fall, Spring, and Summer. Classes are held: mornings (9:00-12:00), afternoons (1:00-4:00), and evenings (6:30-9:30), three days a week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, weekend classes, Summer or Winter Session for make up or direct study, correspondence, online and tutorial for makeup. Student receives one unit of credit for each semester hour spent in class instruction or practicum. Worldwide extensions or teaching sites shall follow the curriculum of Los Angeles Campus.

Financial Information

Students are expected to handle their personal finances and scholarships in a Christian manner.  

Students are not admitted to final examinations until their accounts are fully cleared with the financial office. All tuition and bills must be paid or cleared before any record of grades or transcripts will be issued.  


Tuition and Fees

Application  $ 50.00

Bachelor  $ 100.00 per unit

Master $ 150.00 per unit (M. Div $ 100 per unit)

Doctorate $ 200.00 per unit

Graduation fee  $ 100.00

Transcripts  $ 20.00

Application Deadlines of Tri-Semesters

Fall Semester: July 15th, Class resumes from September to December (Winter Session Jan.);

Spring Semester: November 15th, resumes from February to May;

Summer Semester: March 15th, resumes from June to August (Summer Session).


Credit Transfer Policy

1. Up to 66 semester units may be considered for transfer as credit toward the 90 semester units needed for the Master of Divinity degree, if they apply to our program.

2. Up to 42 semester units may be considered for transfer as credit toward the 60 semester units needed for our Master degrees, if they apply to our program,

3. Only those courses for which a grade of “B” or better was received, will be eligible to transfer.
